Airplane Pilots Program
Airplane pilots are considered radiation workers. When researchers focused on how long the pilots have been flying they found that those who'd flown the most had twice the frequency of translocations (DNA mutations) as those who'd flown the least. Pilots on high-latitude routes, in fact, are exposed to more radiation on an annual basis than nuclear plant workers. The findings suggest that experienced pilots may be exposed to biologically significant doses of ionizing radiation, said the researchers, who noted that chromosomal abnormalities have been linked with an increased risk of cancer. Pregnancy/Post Partum
This program is designed to help a woman through the 3 phases of motherhood: Pre-pregnancy, Term-Pregnancy and Postpartum. The Term-Pregnancy training phase focuses on strengthening a woman's core body strength. Sports Identification
This program is aim to provide children and with information on the sports to which they are best suited, the program provides individual profiles of physiological, anthropometric and performance data. Profiles rank children on their suitability to 84 sports using the most advance fitness conditioning methods, nutritional planning and physical and psychological assessment methods. Educating amateur and professional athletes as well as family physicians on the importance of baseline and cognitive assessments have become prevalent in documenting pre-injury and post-injury performance, tracking recovery rates, and assisting return-to-play decisions.

Special Needs Fitness
Staying physically active and eating smarter are the keys to good health for people of ALL abilities. But when one has a disability, keeping fit becomes more of a challenge. Depending on what the disability is, an exercise regimen can be specifically designed for that handicap. A home workout program can be developed using bands, dumbbells, and isometrics and breathing techniques. Or if the person chooses to work out at a gym, there are cable and muscle specific machines, as well as Upper Body Exerciser cardiovascular machines that work the heart using arms much like a bicycle uses legs. The program is designed for both types of workouts, along with some fitness and nutrition tips, in order to develop a custom agenda for specific needs and capabilities.

Michael Torchia has developed a system to focus on helping the boomers prevent the plague of joint injuries and eating disorders. His mission is to educate and motivate baby boomers to be more active and utilize sensible eating habits. Incorporated with methods of avoiding and treating injuries are included in the program.

Our "Forever Young Program" Is developed for mature adults who believe it's never too late to become physically fit. The program is designed to help people gradually increase their physical activity through daily exercise. It is an effective introduction to fitness that is safe, simple to understand and very entertaining. The program will combine easy to follow exercises with everyday activities so it can be comfortably implemented into their lifestyles. The all around effect is an equal balance of feeling good mentally, emotionally and physically.

This easy to follow program will help both children and adults learn how to make great tasting and highly nutritious meals with their favorite foods. They will learn the importance of making proper food choices, what to eat when they are on the run, at a friend's house, parties and fast food restaurants.
