WHAT WE COLLECT
Forms you submit. When you send a consultation request or an inquiry, we receive what you type: your name, your email address, your message, and the program you are interested in. Some forms also ask for an organization, a phone number, or a link. Those are optional.
Your subscription. When you subscribe to Mike's emails, we receive the email address you enter and which form on the site you used. When you confirm from your inbox, we record that you did, and the date.
Analytics. Like most sites, this one records standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4: the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, an approximate location, and how you arrived. Google sets its own cookies to do that.
What we do not ask for. The forms on this site do not ask for payment details or medical records. What you choose to write in a message is up to you. Payment happens on Shopify's checkout, not on this site.
WHERE IT GOES
Contact records and email. Form submissions and subscriptions go to HubSpot, where we keep contact records, and to Brevo, the service that sends Mike's emails and stores your subscription. Both hold the data on our behalf.
Site analytics. Google Analytics 4.
The store. When you check out, you are on Shopify. Your order, payment, and shipping details go to Shopify; we see the order in our store, not your card.
Booking. When you book a time with Mike, the calendar runs on Cal.com. What you enter there goes to Cal.com and to us.
AI Mike. The chat on the AI Mike page runs on Hollo AI's service. What you type in that chat goes to Hollo, not to this site's forms.
Also on some pages. YouTube players for podcast episodes, which load only when you press play, and Google Fonts. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs.
MIKE'S EMAILS
You only get Mike's emails if you asked for them: you subscribed with the Stay In Touch form or on the letter page, or you ticked the box on an inquiry form. When you subscribe with a form, you get a confirmation email first, and nothing else until you click it. Ticking the box on an inquiry adds you directly.
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you are off the list.
We never sell the list, and we never share it. It is used for Mike's emails and nothing else.
YOUR CHOICES
Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it.
Correct or delete your record. Send a note through the
contact form, or write to Operation Fitness, 9903 Santa Monica Blvd #820, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. Say which email address the request is about.
California residents can ask what personal information we hold about them and ask for it to be deleted. Use the same contact form or address. We do not sell personal information.
