LUMARA PAD

The pads features 3 different wavelengths of deep healing light. Experience the benefits of (red)635nm, (near-Infrared)830nm and 940nm wavelengths. 

The LEDs (light emitting diodes) are spaced 5/8 of an inch apart. This is the optimal LED spacing to create uniform light distribution for the muscles and tendons and deeper layers of the skin. Closer spacing would create too much heat and therefore require the optical power to be turned down. Decreasing the effectiveness. Wider spacing would result in spotty coverage.  

Lumara’s 3 in 1 LED design places all three wavelengths at each and every location.  Other company’s pads have a row of red than a row of near infrared creating very spotty coverage.
